On behalf of the International Organization for Biological and Integrated Control of Noxious Animals and Plants,  West Palaearctic Regional Section (IOBCwprs), you are cordially invited to participate in the next meeting of the Working Group on “Integrated Control in Citrus Fruit Crops”. This international event will be held from Tuesday 7th May to Thursday 9th May 2013 in the Çukurova University, Adana, Turkey. We believe that the conference will be an excellent platform for sharing ideas and discussions about citrus pests, pathogens and weeds and of course its management strategies and methods in citrus orchards.

Sessions will start with introductory presentations of 30 min by invited speakers. General oral presentations will be 15 minutes and poster sessions will be scheduled daily. A mid-conference tour is planned which will cover some citrus orchards and citrus industry facilities located in Çukurova area. A post conference tour to the scenic and historical area of Ürgüp-Görme  and to Antakya-The Church of Saint Peter and Gaziantep-Zeugma museum) will also be arranged. Further information on  important dates, registration fees, accommodation, instructions for submitting abstracts and final papers, poster formats, preliminary scientific program and technical field tour will be published in the second circular by October 2012 and in a conference website which will shortly be live.
