Grain Tech India is an International Exhibition on Grain, Cereals, Spices, Oil Seeds, Products and Technology. The exhibition will focus on post harvest management, processing and value addition to grain, areas considered especially important in the light of the fact that India wastes food grains worth Rs. 58,000 crore every year due to weaknesses in storage techniques and deficiencies in supply chain.
This expo is held along with two others, Agri Tech India and India Foodex, and all three are closely related, covering the entire food business from the grower to the consumer.
