APSA’s annual Asian Seed Congress is the largest and most significant seed industry event in the world, and is a prime opportunity to grow your business, get noticed, generate deals and gain an edge in the most populous and lucrative region in the world. From India to China, Turkey to Australia, Kyrgyzstan to Sri Lanka, Philippines to Pakistan, Thailand to Japan – the people that matter the most in the movement of seed to/from the Asia Pacific are there. The 24th Asian Seed Congress (#ASC2017) is scheduled to take place November 13-17, 2017 in Bangkok, Thailand.

This year’s edition was initially scheduled to be held in Manila, the Philippines, but due to travel restrictions imposed ahead of the 31st ASEAN Summit, the host city was changed to Bangkok, and APSA will look to host the 2018 Asian Seed Congress in Manila.

This will be the 6th year that APSA’s annual flagship event is hosted in Thailand, home of APSA’s Secretariat. Previous times the Asian Seed Congress was held in Thailand include the Foundation Meeting in 1994 (Chiang Mai), followed by editions in 1999 (Bangkok), 2003 (Bangkok), 2009 (Bangkok) and 2011 (Pattaya).
