Arab ICT Organization (AICTO) and
Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD) on
24-26 September 2018 Khartoum, Republic of Sudan.
The
1ST INTER-REGIONAL SMART AGRICULTURE FORUM Under The High Patronage of the President of the Republic of Sudan HE/Omar Al-Bashir to the Arab leaders about the "Arab Food Security" and being part of the global efforts towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs-2030), AICTO and AOAD are launching the initiative: "Smart Agriculture Forum" (ISAF) to be a platform gathering all potential stakeholders within the Arab and African regions and the rest of the world for an open and constructive debate on 24-26 September 2018 Khartoum, Republic of Sudan.
This Forum aims to initiate an Inter Regional Dialogue about the loT and new technology trends by gathering high level personalities from Arab regions and internationally.
The expected outputs: Designing a global vision about the achievement of the Sustainable Agriculture Development through IoT and New Technology trends and identifying the success key factors while defining positive interactions between key stakeholders.
Based on its model as a Multi-Stakeholder event, the delegates for the Forum will include high level governments officials, (Ministers, Deputy Ministers, decision makers) representing Ministries of Agriculture and environment, Ministries of Communication and Information Technologies, IoT solutions & services providers and telecom operators in Arab and African regions amongst international specialized organizations and international experts.
The forum expects an active participation of regional and international ICT experts and ICT practitioners from:
