7th CAC Asia Summit will be the one-stop platform to understand the latest regulatory issues, registration updates, market dynamics of Asian countries, meet with 100+ leading agrochemical products, equipments and solutions suppliers, as well as over 500 industry players from over 30 countries and regions.
 
China & Bangladesh Crop Protection Seminar will be held in Dhaka 25th Nov. following 7th CAC Asia Summit in Bangkok.
 
CAC Asia Summit was held successfully in Mumbai, Bangkok and Jakarta with high reputation and strong influence in Thailand and Asian countries. It accumulatively had 500 agrochemical exhibiting companies from China, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, UK, Germany and Egypt, and attracted nearly 3000 professional visitors from over 50 countries and regions, becoming a well-known international agrochemical trade platform in Asia. 
 
Thailand is the hub connecting other Asian countries. Thailand 4.0 expects fast agriculture development and a seven-fold increase in average annual income of farmers from 56,450 baht to 390,000 baht within the next 20 years, focusing on technological developments and their commercialization-particularly with Precision Agriculture, Agricultural robotics and Biotechnology.
 
With the implementation of "The Belt and Road"(referring to the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road”)and LMCSF project (China, Thailand,Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam in prevention of major crop diseases and pests by IPP), Asian agriculture development and coordination is bound to boom, which will prosper the economic, trade & investment cooperation of agrochemical products, equipment and technologies among Asian countries to a brand-new level.

Its pesticide import value accounts for 80% of the total market value, and keeps an annual growth rate of 11.1%. Thailand, with superior geographical advantages and convenient traffic, connects the surrounding countries including Malaysia, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia and Vietnam. Supported by TABA, HMPN, PMFAI, VIPA, 4th CAC Asia Summit will enhance the communication and cooperation, and combine the synergy of the Agrochemical Industry.

As the world most populated continent with largest agriculture cultivated land, Asian agrochemical market value reached USD$14 billion, accounting for 34% of the global market. China and India are both world large pesticide producer and exporter, and Asia is also China’s largest export market. According to ICAMA, China exported over 580 thousand tons pesticides to Asian countries in 2014, and export value reached USD$ 2.968 billion covering 34% of the total, up 12.25%. Among China’s top 10 export markets, half are from Asia. Thailand, as China’s second largest formulation export country, imported 92.8 thousand tons of formulations from China in 2014, and her total import pesticide value from China reached USD$400 million.
