ASTA’s CSS 2018 & Seed Expo, America’s largest seed industry conference, will be held at the Hyatt Regency Chicago December 3 – 6, 2018. They have a VERY exciting update in store for you this year!

With the advent of beacon data technology that was deployed in 2017, ASTA has utilized this wealth of information to create a brand-new redesign of their exhibit and show areas and new additions to their programming. Check out the new Seed Expo floor plan and the conference schedule for a peek at all that’s in store for you this year!

Part of their redesign includes cost-effective alternatives for companies to have a designated appointment or meeting room location at a much lower cost. Options starting at just $400 for the week, with free WiFi and refreshments provided by ASTA, are available in their newly-expanded Innovations Lounge area, with modular meeting rooms starting at just $600 for ASTA member companies. If you still require a Hyatt Regency Chicago or Swissotel meeting room, click here to submit an official Affiliated Event space (subject to ASTA function space fee and hotel room rental).

Registration for the conference and the hotel room blocks at the Hyatt Regency Chicago and the Swissotel Chicago will open August 1.
