Whilst the future relationship between the EU and UK is being negotiated, REACH continues to apply in the UK. However, this transitional period is currently scheduled to end on 31st December 2020. This webinar will consider the implications for industry from different EU and UK perspectives, focusing on the steps you will need to take to achieve compliance with both the EU and UK REACH regimes from 1st January 2021.
Speaker: John HODGSON REACh Manager
John is an industrial and speciality chemicals regulatory specialist, focussing primarily on REACH work and leading a broad range of REACH projects. Since 2017 he has successfully delivered multiple lead registration dossiers, too many inquiry/non-lead registrations to count, REACH ‘Only Representative’ work and study management in conjunction with CROs. He is also an experienced REACH Consortium manager, and a PRINCE II qualified project manager.
Prior to joining Staphyt, John spent 3 years at another regulatory consultancy, before which he spent 11 years at the UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, working on environmental science, environmental impact assessment, soil and livestock policy areas.
