Annual Biocontrol Industry Meeting (ABIM) has been the unrivalled meeting place for the biocontrol industry since 2006. The conference takes place every year in October at the Congress Center Basel, Switzerland. It is internationally recognised as the place where new products are discovered and introduced, market opportunities are discussed, new research results are presented, information on the current legal situation is obtained and contacts are made with specialist colleagues from all over the world. During the three days at ABIM 2024, 2040 attendees from 67 countries, representing more than 600 companies and organisations from around the world took part to network, share experiences and gain information on the latest products and developments in the global market. ABIM is organised by ABIM AG, and is owned by IBMA and FiBL, which each hold 50% of the shares.

The year 2025 will mark significant anniversaries for the biocontrol industry: 30 years of IBMA, 20 years of ABIM, and 10 years of the Bernard Blum Award.
