This highly interactive 2-day training course is structured around the steps which must be considered by those who are looking to either develop new generic products or to defend off-patent products.

Over the course of 2 days, delegates will explore strategies for extending the profitability of products once the patents have expired by identifying new business opportunities to maintain market share. It will also improve strategies for identifying, launching and distributing generic products whilst complying with EU agrochemical registration and patent law.
