The 1st Annual Biocontrol Industry Conference (ABIC) will be held at Conference Centre, High-Tech Agriculture Park, Wuhan National Bioindustry Base (Biolake) on October 11-13, 2013 in Wuhan, China. The meeting is organized by Chinese Technology Innovation Alliance of Biopesticide and Biocontrol Industry and National Biopesticide Engineering Research Center, in cooperation with Biocontrol Commitee of China Society of Plant Protection and Hubei Biopesticide Engineering Research Centre. The theme of this meeting is to remodeling the structure to promote biocontrol industry in China. ABIC will provide a platform to exchange progresses in the development of new biopesticides, integration of biocontrol technology in pest management and innovation of cooperation models, and to resolves the bottleneck problems in the biocontrol industry.
The meeting will consist of invited lectures, plenary sessions, market trends discussion, new product releases and exhibition and one-to-one business meeting. Experts and administrative officials from Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Science and Technology, ICAMA and China Green Food Development Centre will take part in the conference.
Institutions, enterprises and farm owners engaged in manufacturing, research, application, trading and marketing of biopesticides are sincerely invited for the conference. The big agrochemical companies with its intention to broad its business in biopesticides and the related investors are also invited to attend this conference.

3.1 Oral presentation and Free Discussion
The time for each oral presentation will be 30 minutes (including 5min for questions)
The steering committee had proposed several key topics in the biocontrol industry for discussion. The convener of each topic will call the related participants for the discussion and draw a solution for such problem.
3.2 Product Exhibition
Registered delegates can rent booths to display products and release information.
3.3 Business discussion
The participant can propose the subjects for discussion to the organizing committee. The organizer will arrange the potential partner and the chance for face-to-face discussion..
