The 31st Symposium on Pesticide Formulations and Delivery Systems: Innovative Green Chemistries for the 21st Century will be held October 12-14, 2010. Sponsored by ASTM Committee E35 on Pesticides and Alternative Control Agents, the symposium will be held at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas, in conjunction with the October 10-15 standards development meetings of the committee.

Objectives

The annual ASTM Symposium on Pesticide Formulations and Delivery Systems serves as a multidisciplinary forum for scientists, university educators, research and extension staff, equipment manufacturers and applicators, regulators, and business community to exchange information and to learn about state-of-the art products and practices that meet or exceed current and future green chemistry market trends. The symposium is devoted to all aspects of agrochemical formulation and delivery systems including green surfactants and related compositions, green packaging concepts, and efficient application technologies aimed to reduce spray drift and regulatory trends.

Invited speakers from both industry and government will focus on subjects of current and future trends in the agrochemical industry.
