Step4: After we reply your Email, which means successfully booking; If there is any change after that, please update it with us as early as possible
Step5: The attendees can pay the accommodation bill once you check-in onsite at the hotel reception with Card or CNY cash.
Q&A
Q1: Can I get an invitation letter for my visa application?
Yes,
we'll be glad to help our participants with the invitation letter for
your visa application once the whole registration and payment process
completed. After finishing whole registration process, please reach elsa@agropages.com for an invitation letter template.
Q2: Can I get the participating companies list?
Yes,
we'll announce the participating companies to the public later around
two weeks before FAT 2025. At present, the participating companies
list for this year has not released yet.

Q3: Is the event language in English? I don't know Chinese, I am afraid I cannot understand!
The
language of presentations depends on each speaker, in Madarin or English. But simultaneous interpretation
service and bilingual presentation materials will be available at FAT2025, which should be helpful to minimize the inconvenience caused
by the language barrier.
